Made this easy cheesecake for my nephews and they loved it. A yummy dessert that kids can enjoy during the summers.
2 cups cream cheese
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 cup butter
2 tbspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Small pack of biscuits (10-12 biscuits)
- Coarsely grind the biscuits. Add butter to it and mix well . Spread and press this mixture onto the base and sides of a pan ( I used a steel box as the mould and it turned out just fine ). Freeze this for 5 minutes.
- Beat the cream cheese in a mixer for 2 mins.Add the condensed milk, lime juice, vanilla essence and beat again for 2 mins. The mixture becomes smooth.
- Pour this mixture onto the biscuit layer. Cover and freeze for 2-3 hours.
- Demould and cut into slices
