Got these super tasty dry mango pieces from Pkd.
Made a pickle out of them following this easy peasy recipe.
Add mustard along with 2 tablespoons of chilli powder, 1/2 tspoon of fenugreek powder, 1/2 tspoon of asafoetida powder and 1 tspoon of salt in hot oil. Turn off the heat and stir well without burning the spices. Mix the dry mango pieces with the spices and let it rest.
