Beetroot jelly

Ingredients :

  • Fresh beetroot juice : 1 cup
  • Water :1 cup
  • Vanilla essence : 1 tspoon
  • Sugar : 5 tablespoons
  • Gelatin : 2 tspoons

Procedure :

  • Mix all the above mentioned ingredients in a pan and bring to a boil while stirring continuously. Boil for 3 minutes.
  • Pour into ramekin or glass bowl
  • Cool in refrigerator for 30 minutes
  • Once the jelly has set, carefully slide a knife into the edges of the ramekin and demould the jelly
