1/2 kg chicken
1 capsicum diced
2 tomatoes pureed
1 large onion diced
3-4 dried red chillies
1 tbspn jeera
1/2 tbspn pepper
1 tspn fennel
1 tspn coriander seeds
1 tbspn ginger garlic paste
Dry roast the red chillies, jeera, pepper, fennel, coriander seeds to form a coarse powder. Keep it aside.
Add oil in a skillet. Add 2 red chillies.
Add the diced onion. Cook till translucent.
Now add the dry roasted masala and stir well.
Next, add the cleaned chicken pieces into the skillet. Stir well to combine chicken pieces with masala . Close with a lid and cook for 15 minutes.
Now add the tomato puree and cook for 2 minutes.
Finally add the diced capsicum and cook on slow flame for another 10 minutes.
Serve hot with rice 😀
