The hubby wanted something different with paneer. And suggested paneer paratha. I have never made it before at home. It took lesser cooking time than aloo paratha and im definitely going to make it more often.
The procedure to make the paratha is pretty much the same as Aloo Paratha. Please check Aloo Paratha for the procedure.
The ingredients i used for the filling are :
200 gm grated paneer (Sufficient for 5 parathas)
Server hot with pickle and curd.
On a cold day we can do away with the curd and team it with some spice dal instead 🙂 Dont forget the dollop of butter 🙂
