Kothu Parotta

Bored with the regular parota egg curry combination? Well, mix the 2 up.

Plate up this yummy dish in less than 20 minutes!

Heat the parotta (kerala parotta) on a tawa. Once cooked, cut it into small pieces less than an inch in size.

Cook green chillies, diced onion, diced tomatos, turmeric pwdr, chilli pwdr, garam masala pwdr together till the raw small of the masala changes. Now break eggs into this masala, Cook for a minute or two. Then, add the parotta pices into this masala. Ready to serve!! Raitha compliments this dish well and is also easy to make.

Dinner is ready in under 20 minutes 😉
