Have leftover bread slices in your kitchen? Make the most of it by using them to make hot n crispy pakodas.
Bread slices : 5-6
Besan flour (gram flour) : 5-6 tablespoons
Salt : 1 teaspoon
Chilli powder : 1 teaspoon
Chopped coriander leaves : 2 tablespoons
Oil : To deep fry
- Mix the besan, salt, chilli powder, chopped coriander with water to make a paste (neither too thick nor too watery)
- Cut the bread slices into halves and dip them in the besan paste. Coat the pieces well with the besan paste.
- Deep fry the bread slices coated with besan paste in hot oil. Fry well on both sides.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup!
