Soya Bun Sandwich

Ingredients :

4 buns

100 gms soya nuggets

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon chilli powder

1 teaspoon garam masala

1 big onion

1 big tomato

Peas

Corn

Tomato ketchup

Mustard Sauce

Procedure:

Cook the soya nuggets in boiling water for 10 mins with a teaspoon of salt. Wash, drain and keep aside.

Slit the buns into 2 neat halves.Keep them aside.

Dice and cook the onions and tomatoes for 3-4 minutes. Keep aside.

Mince the soya in the mixer and then cook it in a pan with salt, chilli powder, garam masala. Cook well for 3-4 minutes. Add the peas and corn to this and cook for another 3 mins.

Now arrange the soya, onion, tomato mix on the bun. Add a dash of tomato ketchup and mustard sauce on it. Cover with the other bun slice. Grill it (optional)

Yummy soya bun sandwich is ready!
