This recipe is courtesy my Father-in-Law 🙂 Its summer, which means mango time in Kerala – yes we visited. And trust me when i say i had at least 2 huge ripe mangoes every single day of my stay there!
Just to throw in some variety to the mango intake 🙂 🙂
- Ripe mangoes – 2
- Curd – 1 cup
- Sugar – 1 tablespoon
- Water (to adjust thickness)
- Peel and slice mangoes into medium sized pieces
- Toss them into a mixer/blender with the sugar, curd and some water
- Blend for 2 minutes.
- Serve with ice cubes
PS : Replace curd with milk and follow the same procedure to make Mango Milk Shake!
