Paneer cut into cubes : 500 gms
Tomatoes : 3
Curd : 1 cup
Turmeric powder : 1/2 teaspoon
Chilli powder : 1/2 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves chopped
Firstly, shallow fry the paneer cubes in hot oil and keep them aside.
Next, puree the tomato with ginger and green chilli(optional since w e are adding chilli powder) and keep it aside.
Add oil in a pan. Add cumen to it. Once it starts spluttering, add the tomato puree. Now add the turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder and cumin powder to it.
Cook till the oil separtaes out and the tomato puree has turned thick in consistency.
Add the curd. Cook for another minute then add 1 cup of water and salt and bring to boil.
Add paneer and cover the pan. Simmer for a few minutes and you will see that the gravy turns thick.
