Prawn Masala

Ingredients :

Prawns- 750 gms

Onion – 2

Garlic – 3-4 cloves

Salt (as per taste)

Chilli powder (as per taste)

Curry leaves


Procedure :

Shallow fry the prawns in oil for 5 mins and keep them aside.

Now add the oil in a pan, add mustard. When it splutters, add curry leaves and sliced garlic. Cook for a minute.

Then add diced onion and a little salt to it. The salt helps the onion to cook faster. Once the onion turns golden brown, add the shallow fried prawns to it.

Cook this for 10 minutes.

  1. I am big fan to Prawn Biryani or Fry. Prawn fry in Picture seems to be sooooooo good and feeling like to eat.
    So it would be great if you can bring this dish once to office , we will taste it once and give you our feedback/appreciations 🙂
