Grilled Veggies

Feel like a starter on a lazy Sunday afternoon?
This is the easiest and best solution.

You can use any vegetables. I have used paneer, tomato, green bell peppers, red bell peppers and yellow bell peppers.
Cut the above mentioned vegetables into square blocks so they can pierced into the grill conveniently.
Cut the paneer into 1 inch blocks. Now marinate the paneer and vegetables in salt, pepper,chilli powder, chat masala and lime juice for an hour.
Pierce them through the grill sticks. Grill them in the microwave for 15 mins.
