Paneer cut into cubes : 500 gms
Diced onion : 2
Green bell peppers : 2
Turmeric powder : 1/2 teaspoon
Chilli podwer : 1/2 teaspoon
Shallow fry the paneer cubes in oil and keep them aside.
Now add the diced onion to the oil. Add half a teaspoon of salt to it and cook till the onion turns golden brown.
Add turmeric powder and chilli powder to this. Saute to 3 minutes.
Now add the chopped bell peppers to this and cook for 5 minutes. Transfer the fried paneer cubes to this mixture and saute for 2 mins.
